Course materials support general fitness coaching education and professional development. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, or a substitute for local certification requirements.
3. Accounts and conduct
If account features are introduced, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and do not impersonate others, disrupt the service, scrape protected content, or use materials for unlawful purposes.
4. Catalog and demonstration cart
Prices and descriptions are presented for course discovery. The current demonstration cart uses browser storage and does not process payment or confirm enrollment. Any future purchase will be governed by the terms shown at checkout.
5. Intellectual property
PulseBloom Fitness owns or licenses the website structure, written lessons, brand elements, and original materials. You may use purchased or authorized materials for personal learning and may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute them without permission.

The website is provided on an availability basis. We do not promise a job, certification, income, fitness result, or medical outcome. To the extent allowed by law, PulseBloom Fitness is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the site.
